The Squeeze is a locally owned salad and smoothie bar at 81 Regent Street in downtown Fredericton. We blend, chop, and squeeze real ingredients into smoothies, salads and wraps, sandwiches and all-day breakfast, made to order, Monday to Saturday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Everything's made in-house, packed with the good stuff, and served fast, whether you're dining in, ordering ahead for pickup, or feeding the whole office.
